Course & Program Enrollment
Enrollment in any course, AI Lab module, Skill Development track, or Olympiad is confirmed only once the applicable fee (if any) has been paid in full through our listed payment methods. Access to paid content may be withdrawn if payment is reversed or found to be fraudulent.
Fees & Refunds
Fees for courses, Olympiad registration, and programs are as stated at the time of payment. Unless otherwise communicated in writing for a specific program, fees are non-refundable once a course has started or an Olympiad registration window has closed. For refund questions on a specific payment, please contact us directly.
Olympiad Participation
Olympiad results, certificates, and any scholarships or prizes are awarded based on the rules and curriculum published for that Olympiad cycle at the time of registration. EduAiQ reserves the right to disqualify entries found to violate exam integrity rules.
Growth Partner & Franchise Terms
Requesting the Growth Partner Kit does not constitute a franchise agreement or any commitment by either party. Franchise territories, commission structures, and obligations are only binding once a formal franchise agreement has been signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
All course content, AI Books, curriculum materials, and platform design are the property of EduAiQ or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
Limitation Of Liability
EduAiQ provides its courses, tools, and Olympiad programs on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee specific academic, career, or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, EduAiQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
